A PhD/Master’s in Management is a postgraduate program that provides advanced general management knowledge for students from diverse backgrounds, both cultural and academic, wishing to gain a general management education.
For students wishing to launch their career in management, this program will give you a foundation in the fundamentals of managing people and organizations within real-world environments.
The degree addresses the challenges and opportunities facing organizations in all industries.
In addition to the core management competencies, participants develop personal and professional skills in the areas of research, communication, teamwork and leadership. You’ll combine extensive academic research skills with the students own practical skills and personal interest to explore new industries and opportunities. You’ll gain functional understanding, professional presence, and an international network that supports your career.
The PhD/Master’s in Management degree is suited for career-driven individuals with an undergraduate degree who are seeking additional management credentials.
The Master and Doctorate programs at Endicott College of International Studies have been structured to provide a unique blend of strong conceptual foundations and practical skills. Students will be prepared to become well-rounded team players with cross-cultural competencies and a global perspective. Students may specialize in Global Management (Masters or Doctorate), International Studies (Masters) or Artificial Intelligence (Masters - Spring 2020).
MS in International Business Management
The Master of Science in International Business Management degree program is designed specifically for non-business majors who want to excel in today’s marketplace and builds on the skills and knowledge gained in your undergraduate studies preparing you for a broad range of fields and careers. This degree prepares you for leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations. With this degree, graduates will find a wide array of career opportunities in a diverse field of industries. Program graduates may qualify for managerial promotion opportunities within their existing job or may transition from a technical/engineering position to an advanced management position.
In this program you will gain a solid grounding in management and research theory and practice through foundational subjects, including economics, strategy, marketing, organizational behavior, and management. Students will develop a strong background in research fundamentals in order to complete a research thesis or comprehensive examination.
Through the master’s degree in the field of global management you:
- Study the core elements of management knowledge and skill, including human resource management, organizational behavior and development, analytics, leadership, and change management.
- Gain insight into the latest management theories and practices through case studies, instructor lectures, group projects, and active learning experiences.
The International Business Management Master’s program is divided in three parts: Core, Departmental, and Specialization courses. Students who elect the thesis option are required to complete 24 credit hours (9 credits in Common Core courses and 15 credits in Combined Specialization &Departmental courses). Those electing the non-thesis option must complete 27 credit hours (9 credits in Common Core courses and 18 in Combined Specialization &Departmental courses). The degree may be completed within three or four semesters. Students are required to achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to graduate.

Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence
AI and big data analysis is known as the core technology for Industry4.0. As a result, there are strong demands for qualified AI(Artificial Intelligence) specialist globally. That is why Endicott College of International Studies (ECIS) of Woosong University is currently running a technology studies department with major of software innovation and data science.Early next year, there are also plans to open a research institute (4Lab Research Institute) to enhance industry application based research capability in AI and big data. Students participating in our Master’s of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence will be able to take full advantage of the research institute
In addition to the industry situation, there are strong demands required from the applicants as well. Considering the current environment, an AI master’s degree program will grow to be a core asset of Woosong graduate school in near future.

Doctor of Philosophy in Management
The Doctor of Philosophy in Management degree program is designed for advanced degree graduates by combining rigorous research training with the skills and knowledge to address meaningful problems facing consumers, employees, managers, organizations and industries. Doctoral students take a series of PhD-level courses that provide an overview of theory and research across the entire field of management.

The Doctorate program in Management is also divided in three parts: Core, Specialization, and Departmental. Students are required to complete 36 credit hours including a thesis (9 credits in Common Core and 27 credits in combined Specialization &Departmental courses). Each Doctorate candidate should achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in order to graduate. The degree may be completed within five or six semesters.
