Dr. Kester is partner on a successful funding grant with The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (Tubitak) to lead sessions on peacebuilding education at the training workshop, "Peace Education in Teacher Training: Understanding Student Diversity and Building Peace at Schools" to be held January 17-20, 2018, in Kocaeli, Turkey. The workshop will include six specialists from the UK and 11 from Turkey as well as Dr. Kester.
