A new book chapter by Dr. Kester

In September Dr. Kester published a book chapter with Blue Banner NGO in Mongolia, titled: "A Peacebuilder's Perspective on the Limited Nuclear Weapons Free Zone for Northeast Asia: Some Pedagogical Implications." 
The chapter was published in regard to comments made at the "International Conference on Nuclear Disarmament Issues: Global and Regional Aspects" in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, August 31-September 1, 2017.
