2 Endicott profs listed in World's Top 2% scientists by Stanford University

The world’s top 2% of the most important scientists across all fields have been updated and in acknowledgment of the high standard of research being undertaken at Woosong University, we are proud to congratulate three of our professors. Professor Surender Reddy Salkuti (Dept of Railroad Electrical Systems), professor Madhusudan Singh (Dept of AI and Big Data), and professor Luis Miguel Dos Santos (Department of Convergence Management & the Woosong Language Institute), have been identified in Standford University's updated list of the World's Top 2% Scientists (single-year). This is the second year in a row that professors from Woosong University have been on this prestigious list.




Professor Madhusudan Singh's research focuses on Blockchain Technology, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Signal and Systems.  He was designated as a distinguished speaker for the Association for Computing Machinery in 2020.




Professor Luis Miguel Dos Santos' research focuses on Education, Teacher Professional Development, Career Decision and Development, Foreign Language Teaching, Educational Leadership and Management, and Qualitative Studies. Over the past year, Dr. Dos Santos has published 22 Scopus-indexed articles with six SSCI-indexed articles, and more recently, he has served as the Guest Editor of SAGE Open Nursing: Special Collection on Stress, Burnout, and Career Decision-Making Processes of Nurses.

The inclusion of our professors on this list is a great achievement and shows how our university is continuing to strive to provide the best education possible to our student body. 


The annual list from Stanford of the top 2% of scientists worldwide recognizes researchers based on their research work, societal impact, number of publications, & citations. Woosong University would like to congratulate professors Dos Santos, Singh, and Surender on their exceptional accomplishment.
